4. Third-Party Sharing
We share personal information with the following categories of service providers, under written agreements that restrict their use of the data to providing services to us:
- Hosting & CDN: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Email delivery: Google Workspace / Gmail.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP, only with consent).
- Advertising (optional): Google Ads, Meta Pixel — only with consent.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. For CCPA "sale/share" disclosures, see Section 7.
5. International Data Transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required for transfers involving our service providers.
6. Retention Periods
- Quote request submissions: 36 months from the date of submission.
- Customer contracts and installation records: 7 years, consistent with tax and warranty obligations.
- Website analytics (aggregated): 14 months.
- Server and security logs: 90 days.
7. Your CCPA Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
- Right to Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and (if applicable) sell or share.
- Right to Delete personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information — we do not process sensitive PI beyond permitted purposes, so no action is required.
- Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny goods or services, or charge different prices, for exercising your rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Granite-garage floors Charlotte does not sell personal information for money. We may share limited data with advertising partners if you consent via the cookie banner. To opt out of that sharing, reject advertising cookies through the banner or email privacy@granite-garagefloors.com.
